During our time we’ve been involved in some really exciting projects. In 2018/19 we were asked to provide security systems for a boutique 64 apartment mixed use building in Coventry City Centre. The 1950’s Co Operative building was undergoing transformation into an exciting mixed use destination to include boutique apartments, restaurants, bars and offices. We installed Intruder Alarms monitored by our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre using the Redcare Secure Signalling network, IP CCTV Systems monitoring public areas, and a 64 apartment video entry system.
The School Yard
EDG Security Ltd provided Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Fire Detection for this award winning mixed use development in Harborne Birmingham. A dilapidated Grade II listed Victorian former school with its famous clock tower located on the High Street was converted for leisure and community use, with occupiers including Harborne Food School, Prezzo and Boston Tea Party.
Krizevac Project – Malawi Africa
When we were approached by Zoe Kasiya from Cycle Of Good based in Stoke on Trent Staffordshire, we didn’t hesitate to help. They were nearing completion of a new community centre in Malawi Africa, and needed a CCTV system, which we happily supported them with. The equipment was shipped from the UK in November 2019, due to arrive in Malawi in March 2020, and we’ll be visiting shortly to install it for them.

At CCTVdirect we love helping people secure more together so it was a real pleasure to support Richard and the team at EDG Security with this project. We provided a cutting edge Uniview CCTV system to help protect the great work that Cycle of Good carry out supporting people and communities in Malawi.
